A couple of the developers of MuseScore (including myself) are members of the community group. You can become one too if you wish. Not sure if it means MuseScore is getting on board with this or not but it's an interesting development for MusicXML and SMuFL. MuseScore uses these two standards so let's see how they evolve under W3C governance.
