Measures in last system are too wide. (0.9.6)
How can I make the last system (line of music) shorter so that the measures are all the same width?
All the lines in my piece have 3 measures, except the last - it has 2.
Can I add a couple of blank measures at the end, then make them invisible?

You can append a horizontal frame to the last measure (see Frame in the handbook).
You should also know about system threshold. See http://musescore.org/en/node/6625
