Rests in pickup measure
In an empty pickup measure (in my case, an eighth rest pickup to a 2/2 piece of music), it automatically makes the measure contain a whole rest, because the measure is empty. Is it possible to make it use an eighth rest like it should?

MScore should know not to put whole measure rests in a pickup measure. Apparently a whole meausure rest is not changed to a normal rest if the measure time sig is changed.
Workaround is to replace the whole measure rest with a note and then select the note and press Del to change it to a normal rest.
