Add composer to the meta-data dialog and add export to MusicXML using .

I'm using 0.9.6.3 on Windows. Yes, I'm suggesting adding a "Composer" option to the Edit > Metadata dialog box and having that be included in the export to MusicXML.

I believe that pkirlin may be suggesting that "Composer" be added to the Edit > Meta Data dialog.
