Importing to Muscore from Mutopia
Was wondering if there is a tutorial or instruction section for importing files to Musescore from Mutopia (or a general Import tutorial).

There is no tutorial for MuseScore <-> Mutopia. Feel free to write one in the forum.
Download the LilyPond file (.ly) and open it in MuseScore like you would for any other file. Please note that LilyPond import is experimental and only in the beginning stages. If you have music scanning software you might have better luck scanning the PDF scores and then importing them to MuseScore via MusicXML.
