About octave line
In my environment (Japan, Mac book Air, El capitan) octave line can't over across colums.
slurs or other lines can jump colums by using line-looks views.
What should I do and please add this feature.
Finally, I have to say sorry to my poor English writing :-X

I am guessing you are trying to extend an octave line from one system to the next, and are trying to extend it using the mouse. This is not correct - use Shift plus the right arrow (cursor) key. See the Handbook under "Lines".
