Score won't update on Musescore website

So basically I have this Doctor Who Medley which in all fairness is of reasonable size, which may be part of the problem, however whenever I try and upload a newer version on Musescore it says it's been updated but then doesn't actually update it. My newer version even has less instruments than the one currently on the website! I'm not really sure how I should solve this problem, though I did try saving the musescore file as a new file - which didn't work. Any help is appreciated. Thanks :)
