Incorrect Time signature
For some reason when I created this score the 2nd Trumpet at 22 showed up as 3/4 while everything else stayed in 4/4. Help!

i just changed that measure to 5/4 and back to 4/4 and now it seems to be ok!?

Lots of information on this at https://musescore.org/en/node/54721, but in this case you could select that one measure and use the "Full measure rest" shortcut mentioned in step 7. Or, as per step 1, you could simply correct the dotted half rest to a whole rest, or overwrite it with a whole note. Once you've corrected the durations so they add up to 4/4, everything locks back into place and the corruption is fixed.
