Footer shows up in MuseScore, but doesn't print

In my leadsheet template, I've added things to the footer like text, page number, and last modification date.
When I look at the template in MuseScore, they show up just fine. But when I print the page, they're missing.

I've attached an example template. Along the way, I guess I tried to add a text box at the bottom to keep some notes, like what needs improving on the leadsheet. Maybe that's messing things up.

This is on MuseScore 2.0.2 revision f51dc11 and Windows 7 Ultimate SP1.

I see the page size is set to A4 in Layout / Page Settings. Are you perhaps trying to print on pper of a different size - like perhaps Letter, which is a bit shorter than A4?
