Possibly incompatible plugins

I am a (favorably impressed) newbie to MS (version 2.0.2). I just downloaded three proofreading plugins, and copied and extracted them to the MS plugins folder. One of the three is working fine; the other two did not become visible to the Plugin Manager. As far as I can tell, the working plugin has a “qml” extension (checkParallels.qml), and the two that are not working have “js” extensions (checkHarmonyRules.js and Fux.js). Are these JavaScript programs incompatible with MS 2.0.2?
