Mixer window does not display
selected View > Mixer but did not see window.

Probably you accidentally moved it offscreen. Look carefully along the sides of the screen to see if you can still see an edge. Or perhaps you had a second monitor at one time and moved it there?
If you can't find the window, following the instructions in the Handbook under "Revert to factory settings" will restore it to the default size/position.
