Help with Tempo
Hi, I'm trying to enter a piece of music that I already have into Musescore (only for personal purposes), and I'd like to keep the tempo as it should be. So it says "slow and sultry", and in parentheses, it has eighth note = , and then it has a quarter note and a eighth note under a triplet bar. Can I enter this into musescore, and have it be that style and tempo?

The symbol you mention can be entered as a graphic - eg, by downloading the image from here:
https://musescore.org/sites/musescore.org/files/swing_0.jpg
then dragging it to the first note of your score.
For playback, you need to set your score to "swing", by adding that element from the Text palette or via Style / General.
