File name in page footer

I'd like to have the option to include the file name in the page footer. (That would help me
to find the corresponding *.mscz source file for a given *.pdf file.)

You can include the file name in the page footer as copyright text, but you will have to manually type it in. It will appear at the bottom of every page.
