Corrupted file

• Jan 9, 2016 - 16:28

The Musescore website redirected me to the forum, so here we go:
I made a transcription of Blizzard by Two Steps From Hell for a couple of instruments, the file opens, playback works, everything is fine. Except it says the file is corrupted when I try to upload it, thus I cannot share it with you wonderful people, which I would very much like to do.

It says:
Measure 47 Staff 7 incomplete. Expected: 4/4; Found: 0/1
As if there was no metre there, when there clearly is. I could copy the whole thing into a new file, which I will unless someone here knows the solution.

I'm attaching the file to this post.

Measure 47 is empty in the staff of the flute. It is corrupted (perhaps because of some copying of triplets?)

I could repair the score (see attachement)
- I added a new measure after measure 47
- I copied all staves of measure 47 except the flute to this new measure
- I deleted measure 47 (shortcut Ctrl+Del)

It would have been very useful to know how this measure 47 has become "empty" (0/1).

Can you try to remember the procedures you used (copy and paste, and what, and how? generate-delete parts, or some parts, when? removal of a staff - I see some edition for the piano and harp staves? others maneuvers - everything that comes to your mind ?)
This score was created in 1.3, right? Don't know for now if it's related. No sure.

In short, any index, even if it seems trivial, can advance the understanding of this issue. Thanks.
