How to compare 2 files?

Is it possible to compare 2 files, so that MuseScore highlights differences?

I have downloaded 2 versions of the same music, in MusicMXL format. At the first sight they look identical, but file sizes are different, so there may be some differences. It would take me a lot of time to compare these files, it's Brandenburg concerto with 8 instruments.
