Trills end with a note lasting way too long
I started a piece with trills lasting over 8 measures but then after the eight measures it plays a solid note for 7 measures with no music written there. What did I do wrong?

You are absolutely right. That is really a bug, I think.
It is easily reproducable. Mind that not the written note of the trill is played, but the upper note of the trill. I suspect that there is a missing MIDI NoteOff signal for the upper note in the Trill-implementation, in that case, where the trill note is tied.
