Using Multiple Computers

I'm new to MuseScore and I've started work on some compositions, but I'm getting a new computer soon. Is there a way to keep writing compositions on a different computer? How can I back up the score files and make them portable? I appreciate any help.

To 'back up the score files and make them portable' you can copy the MuseScore (.mscz) files onto portable media - e.g. a usb thumb drive.
Then, install the MuseScore app on your new computer and transfer those .mscz files to your new computer.

If the new computer shares a network with the old computer, file transfers can be done directly without using portable media.

Regards.

The key to make a cloud service (e.g. Google Drive, One Drive, etc) is to use some utility which makes the cloud data ("drive") available as a map or folder on your computers. Then you can just let MuseScore save and open your files to/from this folder and everything is automatically synchronised with the cloud data.
