Line break in a measure not after a measure

Is it possible to place a line break at a random place?
'Normal' line breaks are set at the end of a measure bu I'd like to set them on the end of a sentence.

Line breaks are only possible after a measure but you can split a measure with some copy/paste and setting the right nominal/actual duration in "Measure Properties" which should give the same effect.
