[Ru] joining the team

Hi,
When I go to Transifex and click the button "Join the team" there is no Russian language in the list to choose from. So I just go ahead to translating skipping this part and just finding the Russian language bellow English on the Languages page.
I wondering if it is necessary to use "Join the team" button and if yes could you add Russian language to its list.
