Space after title and composer
I imported a PDF file and got inches of extra space between the title and composer and the first staff. How can I reduce that space?
I tried unsuccessfully to use a spacer. I am not sure that I even located a spacer on the Breaks & Spacers palette.

Thank you very much. Wow! So easy. I should have asked my 5-year-old grand-daughter!
Or select the frame and then in Inspector increase the value for 'Height' or 'Bottom gap'
