The program is lagging and the sound is glitching

I have worked a lot with Musescore 3 and it is a really great sheet editing program. But I'm having a really bad experience with Musescore 4 due to the playback sound of every instrument is glitching terribly and the program is getting slower (even pointing a single written note takes like 1 sec delay and it plays horribly glitchy). It even crushed yesterday. I don't have the best computer, but i have worked a lot with different DAWs and all of them run perfectly right. The inmediatly solution for me is to get back tu Musescore 3, but i want to do every thing i can do to make v4 work as it should.
