Musescore 4.4.4 playback not working

Whenever I try to reproduce the score, the playback doesn't move at all, it stays static in the beginning of the score and nothing sounds. Already tried checking if the I/O is correct but found no solution; anyone got any idea on what I can do to fix it? Thanks
