Classical guitar formats

• 3 Juill. 2017 - 10:20

Hello, I'm working on a classical guitar project. The classical guitar is normally written on one stave. But there is a large amount information that must fit on that one stave. Therefore it s better have about 7 staves on a page instead of the the current situation in my file; 10 staves. there is certainly a way to remedy this but I have not been successful in using the spacers. kAny help would be welcome. thanks; Dana Chivers

Hello,
Welcome. You are on the French forum :) The English forum is here: https://musescore.org/en/forum/11
But whatever. We are able to help you.

What you describe is related to the layout. There are many ways to achieve this, eg, change the scaling (EDIT: in layout/page settings), or the system distance (in Style / General / Page), and others: margins, measures spacing, increase / decrease stretch.
For a user who starts more or less, it is not necessarily easy to understand and master all these aspects: https://musescore.org/en/handbook/layout-and-formatting#ways-to-affect-…

If you want, it would be easy to help you immediately by joining your score (see at the bottom of you next message and click on: "File attachments" -> Browse, etc. )
