More precisions, it is not only synalepha (lyrics tie) but all special characters inserted with F2 palette in lyrics edit mode that do not follow style change.

Steps to reproduce :
1) Create a score with at least one instrument, Voice in this example
2) Enter notes
3) Enter lyrics
4) Insert special character with the F2 palette in lyrics edit mode
5) Change font in "Format > Style > Text Styles > Lyrics Odd/Even Lines" Free Style Script in screenshot below

Result : the lyrics with special character have not changed font.

I expect to not be alone to change lyrics font and use special characters in it such an elision.
It's quite annoying to have to manually modify each syllabs on each staff that contain special characters.
it is why I bump this issue.
