Measures too stretched
Some measures become too stretched and the software does not obey the order to reduce the layout

With the size of the print you have, you will only be able to reduce the stretch so much. I would suggest you look under Style->Page settings and reduce the scaling so the print is smaller and you can fit more measures on a page.
