0.9.4 version1518 under Windows Vista - crash when inserting a note while on copy mode

A crash occurs when the following sequence is accomplished:
1) select a blanck measure (or create one)
2) select the measure in copy mode (like in the picture in the attached file) . A blue line surrounds the measure then.
3) press N (notation mode)
4) try to insert a note (a quater note for instance) from the menu bar
Here the application crashes!
