reduce the “bottom space"
hoa can I reduce the bottom space ( as indicated in the snapshot) or in other words how can I add scores in the indicated space in order to fill the empty space?

You could try to reduce the bottom margin in Layout->Page Settings

but the problem is another
as you can see in the attached snapshot ( the one with minor bottom space is the target)
how can I get the score as in left side ? the one with minor bottom space?
which parameters do I have to set?

that you need to modify. (Try a lower percentage than the one currently in effect.)
It's in Style > Edit General Style... > Page.
