Certain sections not playing

Hello,
I have been using MuseScore for about four months and I have really
enjoyed using it. But just recently I encountered something during playback
on the Windows application for MuseScore. When I pressed play, it would not
play the flute section, but the rest of the instruments would play. I also
encountered this during another song, but then once I uploaded it to the
website, it would all play just right through. I was just wondering if I was
doing something wrong or if it was an unknown or known bug.

I would, but I already published it as "The Forgotten kingdom of Ballad". And it has been doing it, but it fluctuates between working and not playing, so I don't know if it would work or not work. But once I published the song, it was fine.

Yes. But, as previously said, it all plays there.
