Keys
Some of the keys are off tune. when i composed the music by hand, everything was right, but after i started using the program, i forgot what it should sound like. I used an instrument and it seems that the program's violin lower E, upper F, and C keys are off tune

What version of MuseScore? What SoundFont are you using? Could you share a score that shows demonstrates the problem?
I'm using the latest version 0.9.6.3
i'm not sure about soundfont
sharing a score?
i don't want to put my music up online in the public area
and i thought it was just that piece but i opened up a new file and put a scale and the keys were still off so it's not only my music
when you play a scale it seems alright and in place but the notes are actually flat if you test it out with an instrument

I have confirmed the tuning issue. It's on my to-do list.
yay!
thank you :)
The other day I was comparing the E on the bottom line of the staff with the E from the following pitch reference: http://www.get-tuned.com/violin_tuner.php
It sounded out of tune at the time, but today I sounds fine to me. I also checked with LS Tune , but it didn't show any significant problems with the E.
oh sorry about that.
it was the F after it i think
but there are irregularities with the music scale

How did you discover the problem? Are you able to create score or share an excerpt that demonstrates the problem?
Well i discovered the problem by comparing what I wrote and played to what the program played and it was out of tune
i'll try to get something to demonstrate soon
i'm very busy right now
Here is a music score with an example and the scale that is normal for Musescore and the accurate scale next to it
the 'C' and the 'F' keys are off tune
the violin ! and violin 2 also have the C and F key out of tune
the cello has the C, F, and G keys out of tune
