Position of note alterations
Hello! First - congrats about MuseScore RC! I have one doubt about this position of alterations (attached files).. I mean, the position "by default" it looks wrong for me, what do you think about that? Best regards! K.

The default one does seem a bit too far away, but maybe it's actually fine?
I don't think the altered version looks right - the natural seems to touch the notehead.

Yes, it doesn't look bad, but I consider it's a little to far from the notehead maybe..
The bottom stem of the natural overlaps the A in your altered version, so while it's OK to do that if you want, it would be incorrect for MuseScore to do it by default. MuseScore will only allow an accidental to overlap a "back note" like that A if there is no collision.
As for the overal distance between accidentals and chords, that's a style setting - see Style / General / Note. There are settings for distance from accidental to note and fordistance between accidentals.
