MusicXML format not present
Hi all, I'm from Italy.
I have two PCs, one running WinXP and the other running Linux Mint 10 and use Musescore 0.9.6.3 on both OSs. I have noticed that the option "Save As... MusicXML" is not present on the Linux version (packet was downloaded via the integrated download manager from the Ubuntu repository) , there's only the proprietary compressed format, while the Window version has all the save options one could possibly need.
Anybody else experienced this?
Best regards
Fulvio

Normally version 0.9.6.3 on all platform provides MusicXML import and export. Do you use MuseScore in italian? Can you try to switch to english in edit -> preferences -> general (and restart musescore).

I switched to English (US) and English (GB) without any difference. I enclose herewith a screenshot.
Best regards.

You need to click on "Browse for other folders" to display the full Save As dialog. Showing the other folders also allows you to choose different formats. It's confusing but it is design choice by Debian/Mint for their Save As dialogs.

That's it!! I found the way to go. Confusing to say the least though.
Anyway thank you very much!!!

Are you were looking at the "Save As..." dialog on the Linux version? My guess is you were looking at the "Save" dialog instead.
