Too few rests in measure
Hello
I am new to using Musescore. So far, it seems to be working very well, except for that there appears to be a bug where too few rests are notated in a measure. For example, this song is written in 4/4 time.
But some of the measures, like the ones in the far left and at the page break, only have 2 and 3/4 beats. I can't seem to get 4 beats into those measures. Help?

It would be very interesting to know how you manage to have this, the exact steps.
To solve it I suggest selection the measure and insert a new measure just before it (Press Ins, or Create -> Measure -> Insert measure), copy manually the content of the measure and delete it (Ctrl + Del).

I have no idea how it happened. To make the score, I've been clicking to put in the notes.
When I tried that fix, here's what I got.
The measure still has the wrong number of beats.

I got "error 403" when I try to download your file. Btw, it's better giving the MSCZ file without the comma (mscz,)

OK, here's another download link. If this doesn't work, I can try to send you an email if you give me your address.
I got around the bug by creating a new score and re-entering all of the notes, but it would be nice to know what happened.

Just for reference, how did you do it?

I first tried to empty the measure with bad rests by selecting them and press Del. If it works, then it's fixed. It worked for a couple for the first occurence on the entire row. For the other occurence it didn't work so I insert a couple of measure before the bad one. I copied the music manually (entering again) and then I deleted the bad measure.

When trying to get this bug again, it seems to happen when copying the 8 bars of notes before the messed up measure and pasting it to a different instrument group.

pYr0rAGE, could you me more specific? Which instrument group are you copying from? Which instrument group are you copying to?

There were a lot of different instrument groups I copied from. This problem didn't come from one specific source.
