Numeric keys not inputting frets
Help! I'm trying to input some guitar music in tab, but when I try to use the number keys, the duration of the note is selected instead of adding fret numbers. I've tried various ways around this but I must be missing something. Any help would be very much appreciated.

You must press the digits of alpha-numeric keypad, not on the numeric keypad that allows, indeed, the change of the note values.
