Page Numbers
Is it possible to start page number at a number other than 1?
The reason.
I play the organ for services at my local crematorium and I'm fed-up with using many different hymn books to get the correct tunes so I'm creating a tune book for the hymns printed in the service book. The hymns start on page 90 so it would be helpful if in my Tune book, the pages start at 90.
I know I can enter my own text in the footer but just wondered if there was any other way?

I'd been looking in the wrong place, looking at Styles/general/headers etc

A reminder that the UI would be easier if Page Settings were merged into the General Style dialog.
