Recovering file
I was working today on a piece, and I accidentaly pressed the off button of the PC with my knee, but I was enough fast to click "Cancel" before it switches off, but then I opened the Musescore file I'd spent the whole morning and it was as I let it yesterday, but IT WAS SAVED when I pressed the off button.
Is possible to recover the file? I'm totally desperate.

There are 2 possibilies to find a back-up-file: see https://musescore.org/en/node/52116
MuseScore saves two different types of backup files, so
you may be able to locate one which is more recent. See:
