MusicXml export bug

I have found a scenario where the export of silence notes are incorrect.
Here it is :

• In a new measure, enter notes into the Second voice only, preferably below the stave
• move the silence in the first voice down to its normal position
• export to MusicXml

The result is that the <display-octave> value is one below that which it should be.
This can be confirmed by putting a note into exactly the same position in the following measure and comparing the values exported.

I include an example score file and corresponding exported MusicXml file.

Can you confirm that I should open a bug report in the issues section ?
