You need to separately register for musescore.org and musescore.com. Most likely you are trying to log in into one of the two with the credentials from the other.
I tried creating a new account using the username of Divyanshi Sharda, but its that it is not allowed. I had tried to create an account using this name a few days back, but did not receive an account verification email. Please help.
