Note properties

In the previous Musescore, I could right-click on a note and access options to change the stem direction and change the notehead - for example to a cross to indicate a drum-cue.

When I right-click a note in Musescore 2 I can't see these options. I can't find any other way to do it, nor anything in the handbook.
