New Buttons in the Menu
I have tried to use some buttons from the play panel also in the normal menu. I did not find no way.

I tried to insert some buttons used in the play panel into the upper menu ribbon, where also buttons for playing the score.

For example the start section Button near by the play button in the upper ribbon. I am used from capella and many other programs to customize this ribbons.

Simple: you can't, you'd have to live with the buttons available. And their shortcuts

You can, however, set custom shortcuts for the various loop controls - go to Edit / Preferences / Shortcuts and type "loop" into the search box.
