I created a new score with Nightly 994090f.
I open it, by Mixer change the instrument and close without saving -> crash.

Confirmed. We're trying to update the Mixer display for the current score, but there is no current score. Can you report this via the issue tracker?

Inspect barline with inspector, and then changing the barline properties doesn't work.
1. Changing barline style causes the barline to disappear
2. Changing spanned staves, etc. doesn't cause any obvious change
And starting barline is able to be inspected again?

I don't think braces are supposed to be movable - they are generated on the fly and don't have persistent properties.

I mean changing the span of staves. (this is a regression)
1. new score (grand staff)
2. double click brace
3. drag handle upwards to reach first staff
Result: Nothing happens
Expected: the brace would reposition itself to span only the first staff
