Metronome acceleration
Now that I know that there is a metronome count-in feature (thanks to JM6stringer) all I need to practice is an acceleration feature.
I append a screenshot of GuitarPro's training feature which has a great acceleration feature that helps my practice.
(Perhaps Mr. Six Stringer may be familiar with Guitar pro!)

Yes - I saw that there is a 'Tempo' control that is manually operated using a slider.
What I am suggesting is a new 'automatic tempo acceleration' feature, so that the speed will increase by x% every n iterations of the selection being played without user intervention.
