Where have you been all my life?
Greetings!
I just, today, discovered this software (and forums, etc). I had been searching for some software (preferably that runs under Linux) to allow me to create one- or two-page 'cheat sheets' for bass guitar that included the bass clef and perhaps tablature, along with lyric cues, etc.. and found musescore!
I hope to become proficient in the use of this software, and eagerly look forward to using the tablature notation feature when it becomes available.

You can test the tablature support already by checking out the nightly builds: http://musescore.org/en/node/7845
We are eager to get more feedback specifically on the tablature implementation.

Actually, I was rather delighted to discover the TAB staff already present in the version of the software (1.1) available in the repositories for Linux Mint 12.
I didn't have much time last night to play around with the software, but I'll delve into it deeper this weekend and see what's up...
