adding new instrument is not visible
Can someone tell me what it is about this score which makes a new instrument added only visible on the first line. For example, Use the Edit->Instruments... form to add a classical guitar. You see that it is visible on the first line, but in the second line of the score the guitar is not visible.
What setting controls this?

hide empty stave? where is that? it it a staff property? It doesn't seem to be a Score Property. Which menu can I edit it with?

Which doesn't exist yet, so may be disregarded.
Please post anything about the upcoming MuseScore 3 in the tech preview forum. It's misleading for newcomers otherwise.
