Break every X measures shouldn't count anacrusis
If I select to break every 4 measures I want the first line to be anacrusis + 4 bars, not anacrusis(1 bar)+ 3 bars.

Add a line break at the end of that 5th bar. Then select everything from bar 6 to the end and apply the "Break x measures" plugin.

Break X measures works also on a selection. You don't need to add a line break manually, just select the first and last measure you want to take into account.
