Benefit of Going Pro?

• Jul 8, 2012 - 03:25

I know that Musescore has a pro setting, and, being my naive self, I bought it because you show of pro so nicely. Only problem is, this was after 6 months of using regular Musescore, and I honestly do not see a difference. After seeing some scores, I also noticed there didn't seem to be a difference in the playback or the visual part of the score. Maybe you could show some of the benefits in a video, or what else you have to offer in pro.

MuseScore itself - the notation program that runs on your computer - has no "Pro" setting. The "Pro" account is strictly for the musescore.com score sharing web site. A regular account allows you to have 5 scores uploaded and visible at a time; a Pro account allows you to upload and display unlimited scores and also gives you access to stats about your score (how many others have downloaded it, etc).

Does the "visibility restriction" (5 "visible" scores) counts for embedded scores too ?
I'm a teacher and I would like to embed more than 5 scores in my class' website.
