I dont know if it is possible but consider:
Forums are available in many languages, you would be ready to receive an email every 1/2 seconds?
Better to access to the forum and use the button on the right: 'Recent Posts'

on the right side of this page under activity it says "Recent posts." When you have time to check out the forums and have an opportunity to help others, just click that link, or even bookmark it. You can then browse the forums for people looking for help. That's what I do.
