Windows Nightlies!!
Guess David must be on holiday???
The last Windows Nightly build to be posted was 18th of August.
There have been a couple of bug-fixes I have been looking forward to testing since then, and my other source for a Windows test build crashes on startup :(
I'm probably another month away from having a machine available to self-compile.
Can anyone let me have the most recent nightly build for Windows (XP)?

I will compile one today (you know the location).

New one up, rev f2c2e71. If you have troubles using it, try a factory reset first as it works for me.

Unfortunately that crashes too despite running it from the command line with the -F suffix.
Must be something on my system it doesn't like :(

You might need to manually delete all the config files under your user account's APPDATA.

I've done a full recompile of the latest rev, try again. (Usually I only do an update compile, no deletion of the previous build.)
Nightlies are back! Thank you David.

Hopefully that works for Michael.

Sorry - still no luck :(
At some point I will try to work out why, but I ain't got time right now!
And I've just discovered the latest nightly compiled by David is behaving this way too.
Even running the factory reset and Debug bat files crash within a few seconds of the Splash screen appearing :(
Anyone any ideas??

I had the same behavior with recent builds - nightly and my own. The -F option didn't help. But after manually deleting the contents of the MuseScoreDevelopment folder under AppData/Local/MuseScore, now it works fine for me on Windows 7.

I'll try that, thanks Marc

David added instructions to swipe out your prefences folder before starting. See the bottom of http://prereleases.musescore.org/windows/nightly/
