arpegio and glissando on v2.1 nightly
I can't open the arpegio and glissando menu without crashing.
May be it is normal... or not

Not normal :)
Please share the involved score, by providing details and steps of what your are doing exactly.(with OS mention)
EDIT: or are you talking about simply the fact to open the palette "Arpeggios and Glissandos ?
In this case, nothing particular here too.
Works for me, using the currently latest 2.1 nightly, 3d0347f
So indeed we'd need more details and steps

With a empty score it crashes when opening the menu.
I'm on Ubuntu 14.04.5, laptop HP 6730b.
If it can help...
Note that the 2.0.3 works quite fine

Which nightly exactly?
with 'menu' you mean the paletted, right?
Have you tried reverting to factory settings?

I've tried 4 different nightly. Yes the menu for me is the palette.
I just tried the -F option with the same result.
The nightly's:
MuseScoreNightly-201702182148-2.1-3537c26-i686.AppImage
MuseScoreNightly-201702192113-2.1-81d58d5-i686.AppImage

OK, so this might be Linux or Appimage specific, as it works fine here on Windows

Can't confirm with Open Suse 42.1, WM XFCE and the last nightly of AppImmage (MuseScoreNightly-201703020818-2.1-3d0347f-x86_64.AppImage (64bit)).
Arpeggio and glissando palette works as expected for me.
So give more precise steps to reproduce.
Check MuseScore with another windowmanager.
Start MuseScore from the console, maybe there are some helpful informations.
