In the INSPECTOR you have 2 possibilities to make little, only the note head or the whole note

As mike320 said... Select the note; In Inspector sets hoffset (Chord)

When you moved the notes on beat 1 you moved the element (1st adjustment) rather than the chord (3rd adjustment). Moving the element keeps the beam the way it is, moving the chord adjust the beam as well. You rarely want to move any note any way besides the chord. Fixing this in both voices 1 and 2 will keep the accidental visible also.
