Static sound and lagginess
The more instruments I tried to use on Musescore, or the more notes I insert, the more static sound I get from both the playback as well as the audio file saved from the Musescore 0.9.5 pre-release (*.wav). The static sound coming out may even over-power the playback. What can I do to reduce or eliminate this?
Other than static sounds, adding in too much instruments or too many notes may also cause lagginess in the playback and the .wav file. In fact, some of the notes inserted will not even be played at all.

What is your version ? Your operating system? and your computer ?
Can you define "too much" instruments or notes? Maybe upload an example?

My version is 1.2, my operating syatem is windows vista. Here is an example of one with static. Here is an example of a piece with quite a few instruments yet no static. The one with static is Spring from the Four Seasons: First Movement by Antonio Vivaldi. The one with quite a few instruments but no static is Swan Lake: Introduction by Peter Illych Tchaikovsky.

I don't hear any static, MuseScore 1.2, WinXPpro SP3

Click on the file attachment that says Spring and you will hear the static that I hear with no soundfont downloaded, Musescore 1.2 and a Windows Vista Operating system.

As I wrote: I don't hear it.
But it is possible that you've been hit by a subtle bug, which will be fixed in 1.3, due in a few days.
Workaround is to change the reverb settings in the MuseScore synthesizer

By the way, I have a picture in Spring from the Four Seasons by Antonio Vivaldi. What do you think of the picture? Do you think it is a good way to represent spring or do you think I should use it for Summer from the Four Seasons by Antonio Vivaldi instead? Do you think I should use pictures for the rest of the compositions I have such as Canon from Canon and Giuge in D and other compositions I make?

What SoundFont are you using?
i was using version 0.9.4 and recently trying out the 0.9.5 pre-release. All gave the same result. 'Too much instrument' would be perhaps like...more than three instruments?
The soundfont I'm using is FluidR3_GM.sf2 , though now that you mention it, i realised it could be because the soundfont is a little too 'heavy' for my system. none of the other soundfonts can give me a similar quality sound though.

I would recommend trying a smaller SoundFont and see if it fixes the problem.
Reduce the volume in musescoree and increase system volume. It's hitting the max output and fizzling out.
